The company knows the concerns, they should scrap the proposal till there is time to properly discuss... As there is no time, and before we know it bamm , AGM happens and it was passed....

I wonder if they thought there would be some backlash, or thought their SH@t dont stink... It would be extremely naive of the board and Paul Peros to think we would rush with high fives to give them the extra shares... At first I thought they were like options, they could buy the shares at those prices That would be a better deal, if the share is $1 they can still buy them at 27.5 cents etc That I would vote for, and puts money in our till....
