On todays MC for their investment in DEG and NTM plus cash in bank and without any other potential sources it works out around $133M ready cash or $2.95 per share. Current price not far of the mark though and is in a very good position on the coat tails of DEG/NTM . Very clever operation DGO are running here and are in a very strong position now going forward.
