Firstly, it should have accompanied the prospectus.
Secondly, plenty of these actions have been called for over the last 12 - 18 months, and many should have been executed by now, not just tabled.
The NPAT loss of circa 35M is dire.
If you forget about impairments and looks at EBITDA it's says 5-10M.
4.2M was paid out in dividends.
Who pays out dividends when a company isn't performing!
Unless investors have a money tree and unlimited funds they need to decide where best to place their limited funds.
The markets have presented some amazing opportunities (yields of ~10%, A Rated securities) and my guess is that many will play it safe and place funds into companies who are cash flow positive with competent management.
I've now decided that VDM won't be receiving a dollar from me.
Each to their own and respect anyone who does opt in.
