I looked at Shareholder Presentation today and it doesn't appear to mention if AYN is profitable at current silver $20/oz.
If not profitable currently (and that's a big if), it seems to avoid further debt, we need to suspend production and have a lesser share issue (= less dilution) to pay off debts only,: -Repay Promissory Notes = $3m -Redeem outstanding Convertible Securities = $3.2m Total = $6.2m. (Plus possibly "Finance lease liabilities" = $369,056) Possibly a little more to pay for care & maintenance, although there is already $128,699 cash. Once silver rises to profitable levels, whenever that is, then these grand issues and production plans can take place.
