    Bluey,
    I touched on this quite a bit before. The, aha moment really came once I understood the MLP structure and its properties and once I dug through more details of Chiniere's corporate structure. I really think LNG, with our strong hedge fund basis and other strong financial supporters would have been advising us why the Chiniere structure is as it is and why we should duplicate something similar. I'll try to find some details from my previous posts to save having to start from scratch on explaining it and my thoughts.
