ImO, this play is now really about the hafnium (and zirconium) . We need less than 1 billion US$. Guess how much a Dreamliner or a A380 costs? Financing the DZP (after export agency credits) will be peanuts for the likes of Boeing, Airbus, or Rolls Royce (same with GE or Siemens when looking at gas turbines). Once one of those five players decides it wants to secure its resource base for the next 70+ years, we are on. That doesn't even include our shareholders Fidelity (1500 billion assets under management) and Gandel ...
ImO, this play is now really about the hafnium (and zirconium) ....
