What makes you think that? BH is funded out to past the next 6 months. By then the company will have made a lot more progress on Magnolia and also progressed BH to at least having non-binding tolling, gas supply, etc. Why raise more money now, especially if you are thinking of a US listing which in itself will almost certainly involve floating for some more equity?
