This was essentially just a token offer to existing shareholders to sweeten the need for a cr and from my point of view, they've done well. But I can't imagine they were ever interested in sorting through cheques and application forms so that was just an option because they had to. Everyone has the internet for trading nowadays. The instructions were clear and notice was aplenty.
