It will not be a good look if they fail to raise the $2M IMHO.
Scaleback clause not looking to be enacted? Could they rue these 2 constraints -"SPP Aggregated holdings limited to max $15K, and that it was not underwritten. If the takeup was not strong then there is little chance to tap those that were willing to part with more cash. Then they still have to cover the SPP preparation & administration costs.
