re: Ann: Shareholder Queries Independent Expe... My guess is that the wiggling that Deloitte is doing on this anomaly highlighted in AG's letter, will be the first of many that will surface as more scrutiny is placed on this independent expert report.
After looking at Maquarie's Sep13 valuation of $0.22 ps and Patterson's $0.17 cps valuation, both of which only need adjustment for the Sedco settlement and recent outage at LT, there is a LOT of room for finding further issues with our "fair and reasonable" offer of 2 cps.
