of course the deal with Vimson was a defensive move from the board. Pretty disappointed. And to issue such a huge amount of shares and make them the number 1 shareholder at such discount. Obviously the browns must have been pissed off with this move too, their only option now really is to restructure the board,
I have sold and will watch on the sidelines to see if the situation improves. At this moment it stinks too much. Hope the browns will get the votes and create change.
