I think this is a reluctant but positive move by the Browns after years of management kicking the can down the road while disregarding the parties that are paying the bills. The cap raising was the straw that broke the camel's back.
The current marketing of TNG is pathetic, Vanadium miners years behind without the kicker to TIVAN are taking up all the oxygen. If we are truely the closest to production of commodities that are in the spot light, and possess market disrupting technology, we should be shouting it from the tree tops.
The AFR article was just a waste of money and smacked of desperation.

As one that sits just outside the the T20, the status quo can no longer be observed.
