re: Ann: Shareholder request to hold General ... Probably somebody else thinks they can steer the company in a different direction. Maybe they are not happy with the returns and want a sort of hurry up. Maybe they just want control of the company.
No ofence maybe some research who these people are might give you some insight.
It is interesting some of the stuff you find.
IMO somebody thinks they can do better with this company and want to use it for their own projects.
I think it is Mr Anderson(not the asian name) has been around. Same field as the others, accountants, but involved more in the resources sector. Maybe he likes the graphite project. Apparently he is up in Nth QLD having a look around.
Unless I have my dates wrong.
He is currently the chief financial officer for Baobab resources, big project in Mozambique.
Anyway feel free to have a squiz.
Hope this graphite project ends up being a good one as graphene is valuable and not enough around even with a financial crisis it is wanted. Everything from manufacturing to health.
