I think most people will probably vote for the change, since there seems little choice. They get to keep Ian Mann who Archie seems to be OK with and Ron Grey would be a new director as well. That would reduce the number of directors to 3. Perhaps a concession to the other significant shareholder block would be to appoint G Mutton as an independendent director taking the total to four.

That would seem like a reasonable mix, in the event that no more information is forth coming.

I think the majority of Optiscan shareholders would agree with what you say Whytee? although it will be with regret that GM gets a position, because that will be the end of all his wonderful work he has done in finding info about Optiscan and other tech stuff I am invested in as well.
