They only had 2 directors at the time. The SPP was very clear "All Directors have indicated that they will increase their shareholding and take the maximum number of shares available to them pursuant to this offer."
It looks to me as the first was not completed properly so he did it again to correct his error. The third looks to be a reply to the ASX. Again it must be incomplete as their is none for CI. Or the market was misinformed and he did not take up the offer.
Also my understanding is the market should be informed within 5 business days of director trading in the company shares. So it was late
