Few thoughts:

- This coupled with the Chinese money = ~$1m cash

- That gives us an EV of ~$1m (on the face of it it sounds cheap however with the clowns in charge running the show and decayed (worthless?) plant, I'd say an EV of $1m is still overvalued. Unless BoD are replaced, I still wouldn't be tipping in any more money

- "SPP well supported by small shareholders" so that means the large shareholders didn't want anything to do with it, even at 0.001??

- Did directors participate as earlier indicated?? Can we see evidence of this?

- More huge dilution. More shareholder value destroyed

- Nothing has changed. If we don't complete the test run and provide samples with this money, head must roll
