Interesting Aussi, it says when the company calls
for the unpaid shares, the shareholder is not liable to make payment but if they don’t pay then they forfeit both unpaid AND paid shares. Does this mean if we force notsag to pay for the unpaid shares and if they don’t pay they forfeit all the paid ones too?? I think we force a call on these unpaid shares immediately!
