Wabimit in the documentation they indicate that the account remains uncertified and they have also included a sell form. I agree it should not be required if we transfer but am not prepared to waste time if for some strange reason they would still require it before transfer. Just ticking boxes to prevent any unforseen issues. Given the time and nature of the situation l do not think there will be many people staying with them. Good luck mate !
