I have spoken to Computershare call centre (in the Phillipines) twice. As a customer of Computershare in AUS, I will still need to open a new and completely seperate account on the US website (link just included in latest announcement).
What I am finding very frustrating is that two communications from the company have advised that we need/can open a US account now, but when I go through the transaction, that is not possible.
Poor info and proof reading of the announcement I think.
Oldpa, and Vinnie’s have regularly communicated that we need to wait till we have further information with our holding details..
I will be trying again (my nature!) but am sure they are correct..
On a positive note at least it is keeping my brain active…
