I did just call the "dedicated helpline".It's definitely not dedicated. Took about 5 minutes for them to work out what Incannex was. Then another 5-10 to discover that they were the "transfer agent". (Someone above said they couldn't get through without an acct number or SSN. You just have to tell the automated system no about 9 times then they transfer you).
However, speaking with someone, effectively they can't do anything. Without an account number (which you don't have without the letter) or an SSN (not American) they have no way to do anything on your account or re send your letter.
So, they said if, for example, the letter were to get lost in the mail. Basically it's bad luck... (No shares for you!)
