Hi Team, just reporting back after hearing back from Westpac. They said the following when I enquired about transferring DRS shares from Computershare US,

"Thank you for contacting Westpac Share Trading. I can confirm that we wont charge fees to transfer those shares into a Westpac global trading account. There may be fees shared charged by computershare USA though."

As far as I can tell there are no fees charged by Computershare to transfer out however I may be wrong and if someone can confirm that it'd be great. Westpac wouldn't be my first choice of broker however it may be the only way to avoid chunky transfer fees.
