Hey mate, can you please tell me what the online verification form is called? I need to get another statement sent out, they said it's not getting sent out until the 22nd.... I wanted tit o be fastracked and tracked, as the last one has gotten lost... can't do that based on my limited identity verification..... this is beyond frustrating. At this current rate, mid Feb is when I will be realistically have access to my shares unless the original letter magically turns up...

I wish Automic were directed to transfer enough personal information to Computershare so that our identity could be fully verified over the phone....
