Hi all apologies if this has been covered already, I have read some of the posts and can't see an answer.

1. Is there an option to get the holding statement and subsequent pin via email as I'm travelling

(I've rang the dedicated computershare number on the ASX announcement and they say the company information is not updated to their system and they can't help me. They say that the company haven't sent the info yet. )

2. do I need a W8 ben form or is compushare a qualified intermediary on behalf of the IRS

3. Tax treatment ( I'm an Aussie tax resident) - The delisting from the ASX - is this considered a sale of shares?
