This transfer process has been (and still is) a nightmare... CS seems to be running a system that dates back to 1980.. created a user name, registered the shares only to find that after two weeks I could see the shares allocated to my account... sent CS an email regarding the above, so the removed my user ID altogether. So I go to create a new user I'd (thinking total reset) only to find that my holder account is already allocated to a user I'd, presumably the one I can't gain access to because "it doesn't exist in the system"

what a screw up... clearly not enough research done on the process to transfer.. far from being seamless or anything of the type.. super annoyed at myself for having faith in the board and the system... but mostly just f***ing pissed off....

I hope others are having a better time of it than I am...

don't see any help incoming from the board..
