Easy question, if no redomicile, there would be no missing share issue. So it is directly related to redomicile and Incannex. Period.

Back to the Buyer, Sony, and HN case, you are completely messing up the role. IHL here is Harvey Norman, not Sony mate. They sold you the share (TV) , they appointed Computershare US as the registry (delivery company and driver). When IHL try to initiate the redomicile case, they should have consulted the firm that have previously helped others redomicile to US and provide the information to the Shareholder in relation to the potential broker issue on the last day of trading.
