It would appear that Interactive operate where they have control of the shares with a single holder identification and allocation to individual accounts. If that is the case, then Computershare only knows them and not you for the shares. You indicate that the shares are in your portfolio and have been coverted from IHL to IXHL and it would appear that Interactive has done all arrangements behind the scenes to put you in a position to trade. I would be talking to Interactive to calm your concerns. Best wishes
