Once I returned account transfer documents they sent me (and they guided me through them over the phone) my shares were transferred from CS to my AUS broker within 24 hrs. No W8 - BEN- E was registered with CS.

I have also recently received this information - (following an earlier inquiry to Incannex) which might be helpful to some. “Statements relating to option holdings will be dispatched by Computershare US by the end of January.”
