I think the Automic Statements are critical or Chess Statements because theoretically you would have a single Holder Identification Number for all of the shares. As Commsec and Selfwealth are brokers they should not change what is at the registry, in this case Automic. You can access the Statements on Automic still through the Documents and Statements button on the left when you log in. If the missing shares relates to outstanding buys on 17 November l under they have not been resolved as yet.
