That is fine. It would appear that you have two Automic accounts and two different HINs and addresses. I am guessing that the access you have gained to Computershare has been through your current address with your Commsec holding giving you a DRS Statement and HAN for Computershare. I take it you have accessed the account using a PIN code. I think you will find that your information for your other holding was sent to the old address. That holding is now sitting under a different HAN and registration at Computershare. I suggest that using the reference of your current HAN number you email [email protected] with an explanation attaching your DRS/HAN and the two Automic Statements seeking to consolidate under the current registration. An alternative may at this stage would be to check your old address to see if the other paperwork is there and also use that to assist in clearing up the problem. Hope the above helps.
