I had the same problem, I kept being directed to a registration page (still waiting for my verification code) where I couldn't progress any further, hit a couple of links and got shut out for 24hrs. emailed the mob x 2 (had to wait 5 days for a reply each time) and got useless advice that didn't address problem that I clearly explained to them.....FFS.
I gave up and registered with a different ID at least now when I login I go to the page where I enter my verification code, only now I have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks to get it.

This seamless re-domicile is a shitshow.

Can't wait to see what problems I'll have when I try to transfer my shares to Commsec.
Someone here said that won't be possible til June...anyone know about that?

I'm not planning to trade for a bit and I'm happy to hold and see this thing through, but Geez it's trying my patience. Been with this mob for 4yrs and I'm deep under water as many of us here are. I'm 'All in' and wondering if that was a smart thing..........time will tell.
