Re Commsec they are not doing DRS transfers. They have told me that they may be in a position to do DRS transfers in the 3rd or 4th quarter (October) but cannot confirm time or cost. If you use another broker ie Tiger, Westpac , they are not doing broker to broker transfers for international shares with a pause of 4 to 6 weeks. Times should be taken with a grain of salt given previous data migration issues with their new platform. Choice remains to find a broker to do DRS transfer to enable trading, remain with Computershare to trade or sit and wait until Commsec get their act together.
