Hi fobbybear, when entering your names perhaps try different combos - last name only, first & last names, first/middle/last names. Having a VPN on helps with trying over and over again without being locked out after 4-5 attempts too (and having to wait 24hrs to try again). If the lock out message does come on (with VPN on) just refresh the VPN. This worked for me. My VPN is with my Norton anti-virus account that I have. Also, the previous post to yours (written by Stevehud) could be helpful. Speaking with Leslie was going to be my next step. Perhaps email her with your predicament and hopefully she can help.
