This does not seem right. All of your shares should be on the one Computershare DRS/ Holder Account Number (HAN) unless for some reason your name or other details are different. The different brokers should make no difference as there should be only one Computershare account for all of your shares. The total shares should also be reflected in a single registry account with Automic before it went over. Please check if you had one account only for Chess/ Automic.
