    Hi Allshaf, you have been on the long ride with us. You may need to obtain the Statements from Automic to show the redomicle. Originally there should have been only one Automic account but it would appear that you had two which is where the problem started. It would interesting to know from Westpac why the second lot was rejected and what can they do to help you to get the problem fixed.
    For shareholder telephone inquiries (between 8am and 6pm US EST) the Toll Free Number for CS is +1 888-729-5707. But you may wish to Email the Investor Centre www-us.computershare.com/Investor, Shareholder Online Inquiries www-us.computershare.com/Investor/Contact or Shareholder email inquiries [email protected] and request a issue number and ask for the matter to be escalated for resolution. You will need to quote IXHL (Incannex Healthcare Inc) and your holder number, subject broker transfer issue in the subject line. I take it it was 10000 IXHL shares in the DRS in each case.
    As for the w8-ben if sent by ordinary mail it would take around 30 days or more to get there.
