One more question for anyone who has been through the Westpac...

One more question for anyone who has been through the Westpac DRS transfer. I remember someone mentioning that one needed to not only send in the Computershare DRS statement with the ACAT application but also the CHESS statement. I can't see anything on the ACAT form that asks for CHESS and also can't see how it would be relevant. Maybe I dreamed it!

Also I assume this gets emailed rather than snail mailed as I'm sure I read from those that had done it that the turnaround was pretty quick. The ACAT from only mentions a snail address however.
