Send all your documentation to the [email protected] email address. They usually get back within 48hours.

Thanks so much Wabamit. I’ve just been in correspondence with Ash as well who said email is the way and that the chess statement is not required (weird that you were asked to attach it?). I was expecting them to take a few days to get back to me, this my post here to speed things up
