CMC don't do DRS transfers, I opened a Westpac Global Trading account and transferred to Westpac as it costs $15US, in the process now of transferring from Westpac to CMC. You can transfer from CS to Tiger Brokers at a $150US cost. CMC don't do transfers worth less than $10K AUD of stock. Hope this helps you.
