In Westpac Global go to accounts tab, then holdings tab, the cash money box will have -15, if you look at total and equities boxes you'll see a $15 discrepency. When you do pay add twenty cents to cover FX changes for when they actually do the transfer at night as the FX rate floats a couple of percent. I found this out the hard way, ended up 5c short had to add extra to make it up. Westpac woudn't cover the 5c!!
