I don't think he is blaming anyone. He is just saying whoever said the redomicile process was 'seamless' is clown.
Seamless often means: - fast - easy - free
Not able to use broker of your choice is not seamless in my opinion. Plus, the company is the one who initiated the redomicile with CS, in their initial factsheet to the SH, it should have cover at least which big 4 aus broker is to be supported CS for transfer instead of having the SH to find out.
