Firstly you have to ask whether it was sensible to arrange this over the Xmas period for starters. Secondly they have over promised on the capabilities of our new registry and how seamless it would all be. Thirdly I could buy something from EBay today in the US and it will be in Australia in a week. There is no way these letters were sent registered mail and we are still waiting almost a month later. Lastly, the hassle will continue when we do get the letter because we have to send it all back for some second letter with an access code. I guess emails aren’t a thing in the US???
