Hey mate, that's super frustrating! Have you tried ringing multiple times? On about 3 seperate occasions I have rang up and everytime it took them about 20 minutes of them searching on their database, clicking their refresh button on their screens, etc until finally it's almost like outbid a thin air they magically were able to find my account...
Maybe it's worth another ring and try... best of luck
