'Getting ready for the ball' is right - they have't actually gotten their hands dirty yet - ie started the physical work - just added in another loop of chalk and talk - more plans/planning, more talking, and more time passes.

No indication of impact on existing project phases and timings.

But, as always, it will be BIGGER...whenever...but just not this year...

I eagerly await the pre and actual AGM whispers. Cristal clear is the winner atm! Let's see if that can be beaten...
