Nice letter, did he say as much a he could - probably. Remember litigation is underway and all that is said will be taken into account.
It would have been so nice when talking about the 'stinking rat' (R08's terminology) to be a little more emphatic about the intention to pick it up by the tail and drop it in the fire (or the Sileach).
