Magnis has a right to plead 'Not Guilty' and defend charges filed by ASIC...thankfully we live in a country where guilt in a Court of law must be established beyond a reasonable doubt in a criminal proceeding and beyond the balance of probability in a civil proceeding...I don't know if MNS is guilty or not...we'll find out in due course ...obviously the MNS trolls that haunt these threads have never heard of cases like Lindy Chamberlain and many others where innocent people were charged by investigating agencies....and people were convicted...and those convictions were later overturned on appeal....so lets see what happens

...on a more important note I hope MNS management are busy working on making their various previous announcements to the ASX actually happen....and getting the stock reinstated to the ASX so us shareholders can make some $ or recover $ lost on this stock..
