I think I've finally figured ECT's business plan out.. ?
Step 1 ) Put out announcements that are basically just rubbish
Step 2 ) Collect all ECT rubbish announcements and stockpile
Step 3) Convert rubbish waste announcements to energy (WTE)
Step 4) Repeat steps 1 to 3 and collect salaries
So they are creating their own indefinite energy source.. genius when you think of it
