It's a bit different now with Selvakumar negotiating. Remember it was Moore who brought NMDC into the fold. NMDC cost three years of delay. If they weren't around there would have been no political interference. One year lost for the Indian government to decide if ECT was a foreign government entity, one year Nitti Aayog and for the other year ask Fozzard.
If Moore hadn't bought in NMDC the demonstration Coldry plant would be operational and ECT could then have built Matmor which would probably be close to being operational.
If anyone is going to save ECT it will be Selvakumar. My two bobs worth.
