Just looking up Stefanutti Stocks. They look impressive.
Quite big and fingers in many pies in Africa. I get more of a construction bent more than mining contractor but they certainly have the skills. And guess what...they build power plants too. Fancy that!!
With so many negotiations on the table at present the Mgmt Team must be buzzing (hopefully not drowning in them and making bad calls though).
Still hope they can meet the 31st Oct deadlines:
- for terms sheet for construction, and
- operating and maint agmt
And the 30 Nov for
- mining contractor (with Stefanutti).
- Rail Agmt (with Transnet)
And by Xmas;
- preferred source of funds credit committee approval.
Oh and the AGM 23rd Nov. Would love them to broadcast/skype it online so we can all listen in.
Think it will be a riveting presentation!!
