    I think this has been on the minds of many investors for a long time.. and the longer it takes to finalise the funding arrangements.. the greater is the probability that mgmt will need to raise funds somehow.. sold as contingencies.. to help pay their wages.. and diluting us again.

    I'm changing my sentiment to "hold" for the time being.. i'm not liking the ever reducing cash balance...
