Below is something that clearly needs to be reiterated;
"held in escrow is definently ideal.... it means the financier cannot trade them.... this was not the case with EFH."
When participants/SH's realise the true significance of the above they'll appreciate how much management have and still continue to persevere with ensuring options holder have every possible chance to succeed with their investment choice.
