Has the Company found a lender who will lend on those proposed terms/features, or do they plan to have them approved first at the EGM before engaging a finance guy to facilitate the facility - that is, to find a lender who will lend on those terms described or a variation of them?
Who is the lender who is so confident? Does anyone know?
